Hello, I'm Claire!
I'm the founder of “Sleep by Claire," a qualified Baby and Infant Sleep Consultant and a Mum. My background includes childcare qualifications, experience as a nanny in Edinburgh and training in Behaviour and Emotion Coaching.
After experiencing sleep deprivation with my own son and searching for solutions, I became a Certified Baby and Infant Sleep Consultant.
This has helped me understand the science behind sleep, temperaments, wake windows and a whole lot more to ensure that my son gets the best sleep possible as it takes the guesswork out of naps and bedtime struggles.

Methods for gently settling your babies to sleep will help to make the early days of parenting more manageable.
I can help with early wakings, re-settling and help promote a calm and healthy association with sleep. None of my methods include cry it out, instead we know that babies cry to communicate and to respond with love and care will provide a secure and healthy attachment. This will promote a positive association to sleep.

This is great for families who would like to meet up and we will talk through your sleep concerns. I can show you different techniques to soothe & settle your baby to sleep. This package also comes with a written evidence-based plan for you to refer back to, 7 days follow up support, check ins every 3 days and messages when you need a quick answer.

The most popular package! We will discuss by call or in person ( Edinburgh only) your child’s sleep concerns. Followed by me asking lots of questions to get to know your child things like sleep set up, wake windows, food intake and more to get a full picture so that I can help. I will then write up a personalised sleep plan with settling techniques that feel right for your family.
