Looking for some hands-on support and reassurance? This is the package for you. We can meet in person or video call for the consultation. Take close look at wake windows, food/ drink intake, sleep environment, temperament and lots more to get a full picture of what's going on.

Once I understand the sleep concern or concerns, we can discuss an approach that feels right for you and that your baby will respond positively too.

I will write up a sleep plan, that is adjustable if need be.
